Simplifying membership, easing the process of joining events and providing a single point of logged in access across both the communication portal and the CRM system were key requirements for the newly expanded National Association for Special Educational Needs (nasen) membership charity website.
Panlogic led on the strategy, provided seconded staff to support internal project management requirements, design, built and continue to maintain nasen’s digital footprint.
As a national charity, nasen benefits from discounted and free cloud services. Making use of these to provide an integrated CRM and CMS service has led to process improvements and internal cost savings. nasen members will now be able to access secure areas of the site, book conferences and manage their CPD logs and profiles within a single, secure login.
