Panlogic began business in 1999 as a digital marketing agency. Over the last eight years it has developed into one of the UK's most powerful independent, online thinking agencies. Panlogic has an impressive array of both public, private and not-for-profit clients, including Sky, ITV, L'Oreal group, World Vision, the British Council, City and Guilds, the BBC, UK Trade & Invest, Department of Health, Department for Trade and Industry, MKM plc, Guide Dogs for the Blind, NSPCC, Breast Cancer Care, Save the Children, the Household Cavalry, RNLI and Business Link for London.

We have a specialism in social media, focusing on community and social network applications. We are currently one of the leading agencies in this area, both in terms of thinking and delivery. For example, we consulted with the NSPCC and recommended the creation of an NSPCC Facebook application to generate brand awareness and help drive online fund-raising. Currently, 18% of all of the NSPCC's online fundraising is through this application, having been downloaded by over 8,000 people (and rising). NSPCC are currently doubling their investment in Facebook based on the results to date.

Panlogic also has a specialism in understanding the Chinese market. We have a number of Mandarin speakers within the company (including William Makower, the CEO) and have developed a profitable part of our business in corporate strategy and market entry (both for international corporates wanting to launch in China and for Chinese companies looking to go global). Currently, we are consulting on how Tate & Lyle should launch their number one product in China. Previously, we have worked with organisations like the English Football Premiership to launch their Chinese marketing website and the World Wildlife Fund to develop a mobile application.

The business is mainly split into two areas:

  1. Digital Consultancy: working with clients on a consultative basis, to develop organisational strategies, research insight, business cases and actionable analysis and reports. These are always based on client need and aligned with organisational objectives. As we take an agnostic view of third party solutions and technologies, we provide considered, strategic and independent advice.
  2. Digital Implementation: a user centred creative and technical approach, to develop digital solutions from wholesale ecommerce solutions, through website development to tactical digital marketing initiatives. At all times we are cognisant of specific project constraints (timelines, resource, budget, accessibility, scalability etc.). Where possible, we aim to work with our clients as a seamless single team, involving stakeholders in the entire process from proof of concept through to user journeys, design, content management system provision, implementation and launch. We have a robust Quality Management System to ensure that all client deliverables meet a number of internal and external expectations, each measured in specific terms.

Our aim is to be the best at what we do and to do things a little differently. We try to succeed by being innovative and creative, while supporting our clients' growth, to help them to head in the direction they want. In each case, we adopt a bespoke approach, ensuring that the client's needs are not placed second to using our own methodology. Consequently, the business objectives of the service(s) to be developed are always made paramount.

We believe that teamwork means working together, helping each other to achieve our common and agreed goals. We strive to create an environment which fosters a spirit of co-operation and mutual support. To that end, we have a flat non-hierarchical structure to encourage approachability and accessibility. Each person within our 15 strong team has their own objectives and aspirations and roles tend to develop over time. We do not have tight job delineation and demarcations and rigid job titles.
