National Funding Scheme

Launch of National Funding Scheme and DONATE platform.

Custom built CMS, Self-serve registration for platform partner organisations with editing functionality, Resource suite for marketing material and management information, Development of event management tool with donation and auction facilities and functionality, Development of web app for digital giving via ‘silent auctions’, Mobile responsive

The National Funding Scheme required the development of concept, followed by implementation, for an on-line app (for mobiles and tablet devices) to  facilitate private funding for the UK arts and culture sector. The concept development stage would involve primary data research, including face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews and workshops with the key stakeholders in the UK arts and culture community, from Museum Heads to the Culture Secretary.

What we did

To launch the service, Panlogic carried out the following:

  • Design and development of website with responsive design, which allows the user experience on mobiles and tablets to mirror the experience on the DONATE website
  • Concept and creative development, followed by implementation and build, for national on-line app

Since launching the service for the National Funding Scheme Panlogic have developed a self-serve mechanism to facilitate the registration procedure. This enables an automated process for registration with minimal support intervention and also allows the service users to manage their own fundraising causes on an ongoing basis. Users of this facility are given access to promotional and marketing materials such as signage templates, custom generated QR codes and accessible logos to use on their own websites. Data reports and a customised dashboard offer users a real-time tracking facility for donor statistics. Guidance notes and FAQs assist users from registration, through to the launch and ongoing management of their promotional campaigns.

Client Comment

“Panlogic’s flexible approach, can-do attitude, strategic thinking and willingness to go above and beyond expectations has been critical to the early success of a new charity. The NFS continues to benefit hugely from the company’s digital expertise as well as practical support by way of design, development, maintenance and servicing. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
