Requirement

ChartsNow was developed as a concept to ease the download of music (and subsequently other media) to both smartphones and other mobile phones using over the air non-contested trickle downloads. Our brief was to take the founders’ initial concept and develop it through a working prototype to a launch product. The technical solution needed to be scalable as a multi-country, multi- device product. worldwide brings curated chart lists to users’ mobile phones through over-the-air trickle download.

What we did

Working with the founders we took a methodical investigative approach to arrive at an agreed functional specification. This was developed into a technical specification and working prototype which was then moved into technical build. Visuals were developed and integrated with the beta product to allow market testing through mobile download app stores. Further work included improved functionality and usability.

Panlogic’s scoping and definition work supported the investment business case. Once investment was in place, our continued work brought the product to market.
