(The professional bit): William leads and directs the business having started it over a decade ago. Building positive reputation and working with clients to identify and develop innovative solutions, William then works with the professionals in the business to deliver to the clients.
(The personal bit) A few of William's favourite things: Playing with my children, gardening, vin chaud in mountain restaurants, cycling, coffee(with anyone), cricket at Lords, English summers. -
John Foster-Hill
Director
(The professional bit): John is responsible for delivery (and hence keeping everyone happy!) both internally and externally.
(The personal bit): A few of John's favourite things: Being in love, freedom, the leg glance, laughter lines, deserts, getting to the bottom of a bottle of Merlot with old friends and the over-turning of cant, jobs-worths and petty tin-pot dictators. -
Jeremy Pearmund
Technical Architect
(The professional bit): Jeremy makes sure that the solution delivered to clients has been built the right way, does what it is meant to do and enhances the client's technology and business strategies.
(The personal bit): A few of Jeremy's favourite things: Anything that goes zoom, bang, wiz and putt. Being there as his kids grow up - whilst being a kid himself. -
Mandy Alington
Accountant
(The professional bit): Mandy is a qualified accountant who runs the finance department and assists the management team in making strategic decisions.
(The personal bit): Having cups of tea brought to me in bed, Neals Yard aromatherapy bubble bath, Summer evenings, Pimms, Jigsaw puzzles, Watching Junior Bees U10s (my son Tom plays footie), Seafood, Body boarding in Cornwall, Men in wetsuits, Time on my own - just occasionally as it's rare. -
Matthew Szurgot
Bid Developer
(The professional bit): Matt looks after bid development for Panlogic. From answering business questionnaires to writing original copy and laying out bid documents he tries to ensure Panlogic wins as much new business as possible.
(The personal bit): I like: sitting in a pub garden on a warm summers day, Robert Jordan novels, London Wasps, England beating Wales, his Nan's home-made pasta, Las Vegas, The great British Beer Festival and cooking for his Wife so she does the washing up. -
Judy Zussman
Office Manager
(The professional bit): As part-time Office Manager Judy picks up all the stuff to keep the ship afloat which ranges from changing light bulbs to credit control! In between there is administration, recruitment, compilation/submission of tender documents, premises management, assistance with accounts and arranging of social events.
(The personal bit): A few of Judy's favourite things: Happy children, time with friends, first glass of wine after six, sunny skiing in the French Alps, quiet sandy beaches in Greece, the outdoors, spontaneity, freedom, peace of mind. -
Josephine Shepherd
Account Executive
(The professional bit): Josephine is the junior member of the accounts team and works alongside the project manager to ensure the clients are happy and that their needs are met.
(The personal bit): Josephine Likes all things design related, the fact that she is a twin, moustaches, stationery, and popcorn. She is usually found doodling, riding her scooter and is also partial to the occasional plastic pigeon. -
David Wright
Systems Engineer
(The professional bit): David leads the development team. By managing the technical bits such as coding and testing solutions, he insures clients' needs are met. He also provides IT solutions internally at the office.
(The personal bit): A few of David's favourite things: Coffee, F1, Motorbikes and finding random 'trackables' in containers in fields using millions of pounds worth of satellites and an iPhone, otherwise known as Geocaching! -
Alex Strang
Project Manager
(The professional bit): Alex works closely with clients on a day-to-day basis managing projects from kick-off through to delivery.
(The personal bit): A few of Alex's favourite things: Cycling my multicolored vintage Raleigh around Shepherd's Bush green, collaborative Spotify playlists, the snow, music festivals, uber minimal hydro-powered chat.
